The Ultimate Business Reset

WITH GEMMA WENT

Your next twelve months, planned on evidence rather than memory and guesswork.

A done-for-you deep audit of your business, your competitors and your niche, and the bespoke growth strategy built from it, written against the goals you're actually aiming for.

The Ultimate Business Reset

WITH GEMMA WENT

A BUSINESS AND IDENTITY RECALIBRATION DESIGNED TO SYNC YOUR GOALS, CAPACITY AND STRATEGY SO GROWTH BECOMES EFFORTLESS, AND INEVITABLE.

Somewhere in the next few weeks you'll sit down and start shaping 2027.

A new offer, maybe. A bigger number at the top, perhaps. A version of the year where the launches land better, the delivery is lighter, and you finally stop being the thing everything routes through, definitely.

And unless something different happens first, you'll build that plan out of memory. Out of the parts of this year you can still recall clearly, which will be the loudest parts rather than the most important ones: the launch that worked, the month that didn't, the client who drained you.

Not which offer actually carried the margin, not where the client journey leaks, not the thing that stopped working in Q2 and has been costing you since.

The expensive part isn't the forgetting. It's that a plan built on memory doesn't leave the broken thing behind, it brings it into next year.

The underperforming offer gets a refresh and a bigger target. The leak goes into the new funnel unfixed. The bottleneck comes with you into the new year, because nobody named it out loud.

The Ultimate Business Reset is how you avoid that. I run my AI audit on your business. I understand the bgaps properly, then I write you the strategy that gets you where you say you're going.

I NEED THIS

Why A Reset: Now?

Most businesses don't collapse, they plateau, they drift, they underperform for years, while everyone involved works harder than ever.

Revenue stabilises instead of expandinga margins tighten, you work harder for similar results, and AI starts creeping in. The model feels heavier than it should.

Nothing's on fire, which is precisely the problem, because nothing forces the question.

And a strategy written without that diagnosis underneath it is just optimism with a deadline attached. You can't plan a year properly until someone has read the one you've just had.

That’s what this reset does.

PART ONE: THE DIAGNOSIS

Three lenses, because a business underperforms for reasons that live in the model, the market and the person running it, usually at the same time.

PERFORMANCE

Where the business is underperforming against its real potential.

Revenue by offer, profit margins, conversion points, client journey leaks, under-leveraged assets, pricing alignment, offer positioning, the mismatch between your capacity and your revenue, and the inefficiencies nobody's looked at in eighteen months.

What to optimise, what to remove, what to restructure, and what could realistically outperform your previous year.

AI EVOLUTION

How exposed your niche actually is, and how you stay ahead of it.

Which parts of your offer could become automated or commoditised. Where buyer expectations are shifting. How your authority and differentiation have to evolve. Where human depth becomes the premium thing you charge for. Where to integrate AI rather than compete with it.

A risk breakdown, a positioning direction that survives the next two to three years, and clear innovation priorities. Not fear-based. Strategic.

CAPACITY

Whether your current structure, your support and your patterns could hold the next level, because scaling isn't only commercial.

Leadership patterns, revenue ceilings, overwork loops, visibility resistance, avoidance behaviours, delegation gaps, support structures, operational strain.

The question underneath it: if revenue doubled next year, would this business stabilise or strain? Most strain, and most don't plan for it.

PART TWO: YOUR STRATEGY

This is the part you're actually buying.

The audit tells you what's true. The strategy tells you what to do about it, and it's written against the goals you give me in the briefing form, not against a generic version of what a business like yours ought to want.

If you've told me you want to double revenue whilst working four days, the strategy is built to do that, and it will show if your current model can't get there and what would have to change.

If you've told me you want to reduce founder dependency before you sell in three years, it's built for that instead, and it looks completely different.

Same audit, different plan, because the destination changes the route.

Your strategy sets out:

  1. The revenue model that gets you to your stated number, with the maths shown rather than asserted.
  2. Which offers carry it, which get restructured, which get cut, and what the pricing needs to be.
  3. Your positioning and differentiation direction, including where AI forces it to evolve.
  4. Where your growth actually comes from next year, in order of what moves revenue fastest.
  5. The capacity and structure decisions the plan depends on, including what you delegate and what you stop doing.
  6. The sequence. What happens first, what follows, and what deliberately waits, so you're not trying to execute the whole thing in January.
  7. It arrives written, and it's yours to keep. Re-read it in February when the plan starts wobbling, and hand the relevant sections to whoever needs them.

"I purchased Gemma's strategy report so as to get some clear strategy and next steps. The intake form was very detailed and the report that came back was eye-opening in that it was extremely clear, concise and thorough. What I love about Gemma is that she operates rather like I do in my business, no fluff or wishy washy advice. It's clear cut and unequivocal, pulling out the weeds which are getting in the way and pointing out how to maximise my time and IP in order to serve more people and increase turnover for the year. For that reason alone, I highly recommend this report as I have clear direction and I'm already implementing the strategies which are completely aligned with my values and make total sense to me."

How It Works

One. The briefing form

You complete a detailed diagnostic form covering your financials, your offers, your audience size and temperature, your marketing, your AI integration if you have any, your team, your time capacity, and your goals for the next twelve to thirty-six months.

The goals section matters more than people expect, because that's what the strategy gets built against. Tell me the real number and the real life you're aiming for, including the hours you want to be working, and be honest about it. A strategy written against a goal you don't actually want is a very expensive piece of fiction.

It's thorough, deliberately. The report is only as good as what goes into it.

Two. The audit and the research

I read the business against everything you've given me: revenue by offer, margins, conversion points, client journey leaks, pricing alignment, where capacity and revenue have come apart.

Then your competitors and your niche, and where AI lands on both over the next two to three years.

Three. Your report and your strategy

The diagnosis across all three lenses, then your growth strategy for the next twelve months, built from that diagnosis and aimed at your stated goals, sequenced so you know exactly what to do first.

What happens after

Most people take the strategy and execute it themselves, which is the point of it being that specific.

If what you want next is the two of us actually building the thing the strategy points at, that's The Room or my ongoing 1:1 Mentorship, and the report will tell you whether you need it.

IF YOUR NUMBERS AREN'T IN A STATE YOU'D WANT TO SHOW ANYONE

That's not a reason to wait. It's usually the first finding. Nobody has ever sent me a perfect set of numbers, and the ones who apologise most tend to have the most obvious opportunities sitting in them. Send what you've got and we'll work out the rest. And trust me, I've seen it all.

WHAT THIS TAKES FROM YOU

  1. The briefing form takes about 1-2 hours of honest attention, and you can do it in more than one sitting.
  2. Your report and strategy land within 14 working days of the form arriving with m.
  3. No calls, no live sessions, no diary co-ordination. You fill in the form, you get the strategy, you act on it in your own time.

"Gemma made me the Business AI Audit. As a business consultant with over 20 years international consulting experience and working with AI it's often difficult to find someone who combines these kind of skills as well. Gemma does. The audit was professionally on point and I LOVE the format and modern AI kind of product. Highly recommended, especially for strategic brains and experienced entrepreneurs." Lena Busch

Why Me For This

Twenty-five years in marketing. Twelve in strategic business growth. More than three thousand founders mentored. Two pieces of software built from my own intellectual property.

I pull the golden thread nobody can see, then tell you exactly what to do with it. No fluff, no hedging, no strategy that sounds impressive and can't be executed on a Tuesday.

Who This Is For

Founders who are already generating revenue and can feel the business underperforming what it's capable of.

Who want to outperform this year properly rather than repeat it with a bigger target.

Who know AI is going to reshape their niche and would rather see the exposure now than find out in eighteen months.

And who want next year's plan, what to build, what to cut, what support to bring in, written on evidence rather than on memory.

What Makes This Different

Most strategy work looks only at your marketing. Most mindset work ignores your numbers entirely. Most AI conversations in this industry are shallow or reactive. And most strategy is written before anybody has properly read the business it's for.

This reads all three at once, business model optimisation, profit analysis, market evolution, behavioural pattern recognition, capacity, offer innovation and execution sequencing, and then writes the plan on top.

You Walk Away With

✔ Your twelve-month growth strategy, built against your stated goals and sequenced in order of what moves revenue fastest.

✔ The revenue model that gets you to your number, with the maths shown.

✔ A clear profit optimisation plan: what to keep, restructure, reprice or cut.

✔ A positioning and differentiation direction that survives AI entering your niche.

✔ Your AI exposure, named, with where to integrate rather than compete.

✔ The capacity and structure decisions the plan depends on, including what to delegate and what to stop.

"I expected to be told my business was a mess and that I'd have to become louder to fix it. Instead Gemma showed me, gently and honestly, that the model already works and what's really holding me back is visibility, not structure. I came away with a plan I just need to work at actually following it and not getting distracted with other 'urgent tasks'." Helen Robinson

The Investment

I take four Resets a month. Not as a marketing device: reading a business properly and writing a strategy that fits it takes time, and four is what I can do without the fourth being worse than the first.

For planning season, this month's four are 30% off with the code RESET at checkout, because this is only useful if it lands before you plan 2027. Booking closes Friday 26 September, reports delivered in October.

£350 plus VAT, paid in full, with code RESET. Normally £500.

Or two payments of £210 plus VAT, with code RESET. Normally £300 x 2.

For context: founders pay me between £2k and £5k a month for ongoing access to this thinking, and a day building with me in The Room is £4,000. This is the entry point, and it stands on its own.
